MEMBERSHIP

 

Can I be billed monthly or do I have to pay all at once?

To ensure continuous cuteness, we ask you to pay all at once. We do have one, three, and six month options, so if you want to be billed monthly our one month option might be best for you. Three and six-month memberships must be paid in full when you sign up, but they’ll save you money in the long run!

 

How do I renew my membership?

We’ve got more cuteness headed your way! Our memberships renew automatically, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

 

I got a one/three month membership, but I want to increase it. Can I just pay the difference?

Absolutely! Just contact our warm and fuzzy customer service team. They can't wait to send you even more rainbows and smiles!

 

Can I change the email address on my account?

You sure can! Just write in to our customer service team. They'll change it for you to make sure that you still get free shipping on TeeTurtle under the new email.

 

How do I give a membership as a gift?

You sound like an awesome friend! To give a membership to a lucky pal, enter their name and info when creating a new membership and they’ll get a monthly surprise from you!

 

What happens if I receive a Cute of the Month tee, and I already have one? 

Our exclusive tee feature means that you will never get the same tee twice! The adorable designs are created solely for Cute of the Month members, which means they are not available for purchase anywhere else. With these two Cute of the Month club perks, you are guaranteed to get a brand new, never-before-seen tee each month. How Cute!  

 

Can I order different sizes each month?

The same size will be sent every month, but if you need to change your size, you can do it in the My Account section. Just make sure all changes are made by the 15th of the month! That’s when we start processing orders! 

 

I don’t live in the United States! Can I still sign up?

Unfortunately, Cute of the Month is only available in the United States for now. These guys are too young for long-distance journeys.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Oh no! We're sorry to see you go! However, if you would like to cancel (or maybe just change!) your membership, visit the My Account section on the website. We begin processing orders on the 15th of each month, so make sure you make your changes before then! 

 

Can I cancel my membership before it’s over?

You can cancel your membership at any time, but you’ll receive monthly tees for the rest of your subscription. For example, if you sign up for a 6 month subscription and cancel after one month, you will still receive tees for the remaining 5 months.

 

If I cancel my membership, can I get a refund for the months I didn’t use?

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds. After you cancel your membership, you will still receive your monthly tee for the rest of your original subscription.

 

What happens if my credit card gets declined? 

If your credit card is declined, our system will keep attempting the payment until it goes through. If it doesn't go through by the 15th of the month, you will not have a membership for that month. Your membership will pick back up when the card is able to be processed.

 

FREE SHIPPING

 

How do I get my free shipping on TeeTurtle.com?

Just sign in to TeeTurtle.com with the same login information you use on Cute of the Month and select the "Free Shipping" option during checkout. After that, stand back and *POOF* watch your shipping fee disappear!

 

How fast is the free shipping option?

Our free shipping option is economy shipping only, which means it will take 7 to 10 business days to get your adorable new gear!

 

If I get free shipping, can my friends and family use it too?

Our free shipping feature applies to a one account with a single address. If you need us to make an exception, just contact our customer support team and explain the situation. They are the keepers of free shipping!

 

My free shipping on TeeTurtle.com isn’t working! What do I do?

Double check that you’re using the same account login information on both TeeTurtle.com and Cute of the Month. If that doesn’t help, our customer support team is on standby, just waiting to make your day easier AND cuter!

 

If I cancel my account, do I still get free shipping at TeeTurtle?

Free shipping is for members only! Your free shipping will end as soon as you cancel your membership. But why would you go and do a thing like that? ;)

What are Cute of the Month shirts made of?

They're made of a top secret mixture of love, comfort, and cuteness. Not to mention the 100% premium, ultra-soft cotton! Our shirts are Next Level tees, the very same tees used by TeeTurtle!

 

Do the shirts shrink?

Our tees are made from 100% cotton and are not preshrunk, so there will be some shrinkage. The amount depends upon your preferred washing and drying method. We recommend washing your tee inside out with cool water to protect the design and color while minimizing shrinkage, and following that with line drying. When you hang it on the line, protect your design by making sure your tee is still inside out.

 

Do your shirts run large or small?

Since we want to make sure you get the maximum cuteness from our tees, we created a sizing chart to help everyone pick the best fit possible! When you are selecting your style, just remember that our standard sizes fit true to size, but our women's sizes are form-fitting and can run up to a size and a half smaller.

 

Can I get a shirt in another color?

For every Cute of the Month design, we have carefully selected the most complementary tee color. Trust us!

 

You don’t have my size! Why don’t you have 4XL/Women's 3XL/XS sizes?

Currently, we don't offer sizes larger than 3XL or smaller than a small. However, as Cute of the Month grows, we will look into offering a larger variety of sizes.

 

Where are your shirts made?

We source out cuteness from China, El Salvador, Mexico, Nicaragua, and India and the delightful designs are screen printed in the USA.

 

Your designs are awesome! Who makes them?

Great question! Our designs are usually done by our in-house artists, including Cute of the Month founder, RamyB!

 

Can I be a guest designer for Cute of the Month?

We would love to see your work! Submit artwork and ideas for consideration right here. (Just a note: due to the volume of submissions received, we do not respond to every inquiry.)

Are there any hidden fees, like shipping & handling?

Don’t worry! There aren’t any hidden fees!

 

I didn’t get my tee this month! Help!

We'll make sure you get your monthly supply of cuteness! Email support@cuteofthemonth.com and they’ll get you fixed right up!

 

Can I change the shipping address for my next package?

You can! Just go to the My Account section of the website to change the address or to make any other changes. Be sure to make all your changes by the 15th of the month, when we start processing orders!

 

My tee shipped to the wrong address! What do I do?

Uh oh! We'll get this sorted out for you. Just send a message to our support team at support@cuteofthemonth.com and they’ll help you out! You'll be wearing your adorable new tee soon!

 

When are the tees sent out?

Our cuteness begins its journey to your door on the 25th of every month. 

 

How long will it take to get my tee?

Depending on how far away you are from our cute distribution center, about 7 to 10 business days!

 

Do You Ship To APO/FPO/P.O. Box Addresses?

We sure do!

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

Can I return my tee?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns with Cute of the Month. However, if you got a damaged tee, just email our support team at support@cuteofthemonth.com.

 

Can I exchange my tee for a different size?

To make sure our members always get exclusive tees, our designs are limited edition and we only print enough tees for Cute of the Month members. Because of this, we are only able to swap out damaged tees. If you email support@cuteofthemonth.com, we may be able to exchange your tee for a different design from a previous month. To make sure you don't run into any more problems, you can change the size of your future tees in the My Account section!

 

My tee is damaged! Can I get a new one?

Absolutely! Just email our customer support team and they’ll take care of it!

 

I got a different size than I ordered!

Whoops! We can fix this. Contact support@cuteofthemonth.com.

 

This design isn’t my favorite. Can I get a different one?

Our Cute of the Month tees are a surprise each month and are created just for our members, so we can't exchange one month's design for another month. But if you're in the giving mood, we’re sure one of your friends has a birthday around the corner! ;)

 

I emailed you! Why haven't you responded yet?

Our diligent customer service team works from 9 AM – 5 PM CST Monday through Friday to ensure continuous cuteness! They respond to emails in the order received. We promise we’re working as hard as we can to get back to you as quickly as possible!

Can I buy designs from previous months that I missed out on?

Not at this time. It’s an exclusive club of cuteness!

 

I really like this month’s design!!! Can I get another one?

We love that you love it! Unfortunately, you can't get an additional tee, but you can order multiple subscriptions, so you'll get two (or more) of next month's shirt! 

Next month's Cute of the Month package ships August 1st!
